Orders and Shipping
Nella maggior parte dei casi, salvo imprevisti, l’ordine viene consegnato in 24/72 ore, per maggiori informazioni, puoi visitare la pagina Shipping and Rates
You can create an account by visiting the page My account, oppure durante il checkout, selezionando l’opzione “Create an account?“.
You can track your shipment via the page My orders, or, if you are not registered, through the Shipping Tracking.
Shipping for what amount is free?
For the moment we are not yet able to offer free shipping. If you want to know what the transport costs are, you can visit the page Shipping and Rates.
Where should the Promotional Code (Coupon) be entered?
Discount codes must be entered on the page Shopping cart or on the page Checkout.
You can pay via Paper or Paypal. Only for orders over 10.01 Kg it is possible to pay in cash on delivery with a supplement of € 5.00.
Is there a minimum spending limit?
No, è possibile acquistare liberamente tutti i prodotti senza dover raggiungere una spesa minima.
Do you also ship to Europe?
Spediamo in tutta Europa, i costi di spedizione e i tempi di consegna variano a seconda dell’indirizzo di consegna.

The goods received are damaged, what should I do?
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please accept the goods with reserve.
If there is any damage, please send us as soon as possible:

In case of purchase of food products, it is not possible to return the goods (See Normative References).

Can I refuse a cash on delivery package?
In case of purchase of food products with cash on delivery method, the customer is obliged to accept the goods, since the package cannot be returned, so if there is a refusal of the package, the customer will be prosecuted.
